Camp Erin Los Angeles 2026 Volunteer Application

 We are now accepting Volunteer applications for Camp Erin LA 2026!

Camp takes place on August 22nd and 23rd. It will be two individual day camps, with an option for Volunteers to stay overnight at the campsite.

Volunteers will be required to complete a Volunteer Interview, Volunteer Training and Volunteer Bootcamp. 

Volunteer Training date: July 25th (New Volunteers)

Volunteer Bootcamp date: August 18th (All Volunteers)

 

Please make sure you can attend the required training dates and volunteer for BOTH camp days before you complete this application! 

If you are currently grieving a death within the last year, we ask that you not volunteer for camp at this time. This is to honor your own grief, as well as to protect the experience of the campers. Please consider applying next year.

Please note, there are some physical demands required of the volunteer role at camp including walking on unpaved ground, and long exposure to the sun.

I understand that further steps in the application process may include checking of references, background checks, passing a drug screen, and satisfactorily completing a health evaluation required by this agency. I am willing to attend Camp Erin Volunteer Training. I understand that if I become a Camp Erin Volunteer, I agree to adhere to the standards of conduct/performance and the personnel policies of Camp Erin and OUR HOUSE.
