Gabaret Island Exploration w/ BWorks | Noon Saturday March 28
BWorks class alumni (caregivers welcome too!) will bike from Chain of Rocks Park (10820 Riverview Dr, St. Louis, MO 63137) across the Mississippi River to Gabaret Island and back again. The whole adventure will be about 10 miles round trip.

Earn-A-Bike and Learn-To-Ride alumni (caregivers welcome too!) are invited to join St. Louis BWorks staff and volunteers for an afternoon of riverfront riding. Registration below is required. We'll meet with our bikes, helmets and water bottles (plus a way to carry your individual supplies -- e.g. a backpack) at Chain of Rocks Park (10820 Riverview Dr, St. Louis, MO 63137) for final safety checks and reminders just before noon Saturday, March 28, departing promptly at noon. The guided group ride will take participants along trails for about 5 miles, near Eagle Point along a canal trail that runs along the water between Missouri and Illinois. We'll enjoy some refreshments along the way, returning to our starting point for departures by approximately 3 p.m. Big thanks to Great Rivers Greenway for partnering with BWorks to help us keep these adventures free to our bike-education graduates and family members! We’re excited to have their support for a wide range of alumni events we have planned for BWorks youth in 2026.
