    Measurement Data Sheet (MDS): for new boats or boats with no MDS on file.

    Measurement Check Sheet (MCS): one boat of any ten manufactured or one boat per
    year, whatever is earlier.

    Measurement Certificate (MC): for all boats

    All boats are required to have MDS and MC to be eligible to compete.
