If this is your first time selecting the Monthly Plan, a simple service agreement will be sent after this form is submitted. Your monthly order will be confirmed once the agreement is completed and the initial invoice is paid. Monthly plans require a minimum of 36 cookies per delivery and a 30-day cancellation notice.

All cookie orders are final sale. Refunds are not available once the deposit has been paid. If there is a mistake with your order or a problem with the cookies, please contact me within 24 hours of pickup/delivery so we can resolve it.

Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date. After this time, cancellations are not accepted, as ingredients are purchased and cookies are prepared in advance.

Order Security
