  •  FLEET WEEK VENDOR INFORMATION:

    1: All Vendors will be provided with the following:

    -10x10 weighted tent and half walls.

    -One 6ft table 

    -Two Chairs 

    ** vendors are welcome to bring additional tables**

     2: Morning Market Set up and break down- Set up begins at 9:00am, if you arrive later than 9:20am you will forfeit your attendance. All vendors must be set up by 10:30am.  Breakdown will begin at 9:00pm, no exceptions. Those who breakdown early will forfeit their future attendance with The Brunch Party Market . 

    3: The Brunch Party Market will only allow 1-2 vendors per category.

    4: Vendor fee: $85. Once you are accepted as a vendor you will receive a invoice via email. Vendors will have 7 days to pay their invoice. If the invoice is overdue you will forfeit your attendance and a new vendor will be accepted. 

    5: This is an outdoor rain or shine event. All fees are non-refundable. Vendor placement is assigned and will be given at time of check in on Monday April 20th.

    6: Vendor spots do not have access to electricity. You are NOT allowed to bring a generator. Please note, LIGHTING IS REQUIRED. PLEASE bring battery powered or precharged lighting for your booth. 

    7: Each vendor must leave their area clean and in orderly condition. All boxes and trash from each vendor must be removed and exposed of by the vendor. 

    8: All vendors are REQUIRED to share the event via social media, Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok ECT. Whichever platform you choose please make a post, reel,  share the event to your story. The Brunch Party Instagram page will try to promote as many vendors as possible leading up to the selected market.Please upload pictures that are share worthy- clear, nice lighting etc. 

    9: This is a family friendly market. We value our vendors and customers. Please be sure respect everyone equally and be mindful of those around you. 

    10: Vendors are required to sign a participation waiver prior to set up. The BPM coordinator will send additional information closer to the market date with the waiver attached for your viewing. 

    11: All vendors are REQUIRED to provide an emergency contact. If you do not include an emergency contact on this application you will not be accepted as a vendor. 

    Location and parking: The event will take place on Main street between Bryan Avenue and Todville Road. Main street will be closed for the event. Designated unloading/loading areas and vendor parking areas will be announced closer to the market date.
