Phase 1 | Introduction to the Industry

Phase 1 will aim to introduce participants to the various areas within Tennis through Short Course, Online Sessions and In-Person Experiences.

Phase 2 | EXPAND YOUR KNOWLEDGE

Phase 2 will allow participants to expand their knowledge into the areas of Coaching, Officiating and Tournament Directing through In-Person Courses, Workshops and a Regional / Club Project.

Phase 3 | SPECIALISE IN THE INDUSTRY

Phase 3 is designed to provide an array of opportunities through face-to-face workshops, education and practical experience with a framework focused on personal growth, industry learnings and professional development.

COURSE CONTENT

Phase 3 is structured around 2 x pivotal program components, Primary and Secondary. The Primary Components further develop the learnings and experiences from Phase 2, whilst the Secondary Components allow participants to select their own journey based on their own personal interests and strengths.
