PAYMENT TERMS

A non-refundable $100.00 deposit is required to secure your date.
Remaining balance is due prior to setup.
Failure to submit remaining balance may result in cancellation. Deposit may be credited toward a future booking (subject to availability).
WEATHER POLICY
Outdoor setups require a covered or indoor backup space.
If unsafe weather conditions exist and no indoor option is available, rental will be canceled.
Deposit remains non-refundable but may be credited toward a future date (subject to availability).
SUPERVISION & RESPONSIBILITY
Big Time Rental LLC will set up equipment and leave the premises.
Client assumes full responsibility for equipment once setup is complete until pickup.
Adult supervision is required at all times.
No shoes, food, drinks, gum, slime, paint, confetti, pets, or sharp objects are allowed on equipment. Failure to comply could result in additional charges.
DAMAGE POLICY
Client is responsible for any damage, theft, or loss during rental period.
Damage fees may include but are not limited to:
• Lost balls – $5 each
• Broken panels – $150
• Severe staining – $75–$150
• Torn inflatable – repair cost
• Total loss – full replacement cost
• Excessive cleaning – $100 minimum
LIABILITY RELEASE

I (client) understand that soft play and inflatable equipment involves inherent risk of injury. I (client) agree to supervise all children at all times. I (client) release and hold harmless Big Time Rental LLC and Sybil Watkins from any and all claims, injuries, damages, or liabilities arising from the use of equipment. Equipment is used at my own risk.
