Sponsor Agreement & Acknowledgment
By selecting a sponsorship level and submitting payment, the sponsoring business acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined in the Carmichael Beavers Sponsorship Packet. The sponsorship term is valid from the date of sign-up through December 31, 2026. Sponsorship benefits and recognition will be provided in accordance with the selected tier and are subject to production timelines, season schedules, and available placement. The sponsor grants Carmichael Swim Team Inc. permission to use their approved business name, logo, and promotional materials for team-related marketing, signage, apparel, digital media, and event promotion throughout the sponsorship term. Carmichael Swim Team Inc., a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, reserves the right to approve all advertisements and promotional content to ensure alignment with youth-focused community standards.
