  • We are excited to announce our Vendor Market as part of our Advance Salutes America's 250th Birthday Festival on May 16, 2026, from 9am to 7pm in downtown Advance, Indiana. Please fill out this application, and if you are accepted into the event you will receive an email from us with payment information.
  • TIMELINE:

    • Applications Open: February 20, 2026
    • Application Deadlines: April 16, 2026
    • Applications Selected or Denied: April 16, 2026 (or sooner)
    • Registration Fees Due By: April 16, 2026.                                                      Remember, your booth space is not officially claimed until we receive your booth fee. If you fill out the application and receive the acceptance email with payment info but never send the money, you are not on the vendor list. Please ensure you do both things.
    • We will be posting vendor intros in the Facebook event closer to the event date, therefore we need you to send us 2 to 3 pictures that represent your business (product and booth setup)                          Send photos to my email wallstreettreats@gmail.com
  • Once we hit our limit on vendor spaces and categories, we will start a waitlist to use in case of cancellations. If you do need to cancel, let us know as soon as possible.

  • This Festival Vendor Contract ("Agreement") is entered into on :   Pick a Date*

  • The Organizer is hosting the Advance Salutes America's 250th Birthday Festival ("Festival") in Advance, Indiana on Saturday May 16, 2026. The Vendor wishes to participate as a vendor at the Festival under the terms outlined in this Agreement.
  • 3. Vendor Space and Fees

  • Space Assignment: The Organizer will assign the Vendor a designated space at the Festival grounds.
    Fee: The Vendor agrees to pay a fee of $30 per 10x10 space by April 16, 2026.
    Vendors are responsible for supplying their own tables, chairs, canopies (if applicable) and canopy weights (40# per leg)
  • 4. Permitted Activities and Products

  • The Vendor may sell or display only those products and services approved by the Organizer in advance.
    • No illegal, dangerous, or prohibited items are allowed.
    • Please note that this is a family community event and no possibly offensive items are to be displayed or sold.
    • The Advance Salutes America's 250th Birthday Festival committee reserves the right to prohibit any item in its sole and exclusive discretion deemed necessary to protect the general health, safety, reputation and welfare of the public including firearms, stun guns or any other weapons, or any other material deemed offensive to local community standards.
    • Under no circumstance will anything political be allowed to be displayed or sold by any vendor while on the grounds of the market or on any and all public pages on Facebook, Instagram or any other digital platform that is connected to the Advance Salutes America's 250th Birthday Festival.
  • 5. Vendor Responsibilities

    • Set up and dismantle booth within designated times: Setup begins at 7am with sales starting at 9am. Vendors may begin to tear down at 7pm. No early tear down unless authorized by festival committee point of interest.
    • Maintain cleanliness and safety of the assigned area.
    • Vendors are responsible for fully complying with all federal, state, and local health and safety regulations, including obtaining any required permits from the Boone County Health Department before the start of the market season
    • Vendors must provide proof of commercial liability insurance and have the Advance Volunteer Fire Department listed as the additional insured
  • 6. Organizer Responsibilities:

    • Provide vendor space.
    • Ensure access to Festival grounds during setup, event, and breakdown.
    • Promote the Festival to attract attendees.
  • 7. Cancellation and Refund Policy:

    • Cancellations by the Vendor must be made in writing.
    • Refunds will be granted as follows:
      • 50% refund if canceled at least 30 days before the Festival.
      • No refund if canceled less than 14 days before the Festival.
  • The Organizer reserves the right to cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • 8. Indemnification:

  • The Vendor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Organizer from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of the Vendor's participation in the Festival.
  • 9. Termination:

  • The Organizer may terminate this Agreement for violation of its terms, unlawful activity, or conduct deemed inappropriate or unsafe.
  • 10. Entire Agreement:

  • This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements or discussions. No amendment shall be valid unless in writing and signed by both parties.
  • 11. Vendor Rules

    Rules for Festival Vendors

     

    General Requirements:

    1. All vendors must be pre-registered and approved by festival organizers prior to the event.

    2. Vendors are required to display their official vendor pass at all times while on festival grounds.

    3. Booth setup and teardown must occur during designated hours as communicated in advance by organizers.

    4. Vendors are responsible for their own staff, equipment, and merchandise security at all times.

     

    Health and Safety:

    1. Vendors selling food or beverages must comply with all local health department regulations and provide necessary permits upon request.

    2. All equipment and structures must be safe, stable, and not pose a hazard to festival attendees or other vendors.

    3. Fire extinguishers must be present at all food booths where any cooking of food product is being performed and all open flames must be pre-approved by the organizers.

    4. Keep all aisles, exits, and walkways clear of obstructions.

     

    Booth Operations:

    1. Vendors must remain within their assigned booth space and not encroach on neighboring booths or common areas.

    2. Display signage should be professional and not contain offensive or inappropriate language or imagery.

    3. Vendors are responsible for maintaining a clean and tidy booth throughout the event.

    4. All trash must be properly bagged and disposed of in designated waste areas at the end of each day.

     

    Product and Service Guidelines:

    1. All products and services offered must be legal and appropriate for a family-friendly audience.

    2. Vendors may not sell or distribute alcohol, tobacco, or controlled substances unless specifically authorized in writing by festival organizers.

    3. Counterfeit or trademark-infringing goods are strictly prohibited.

    4. Samples and promotional materials must not be distributed outside the vendor’s booth.

    Payments and Fees:

    1. All required vendor fees must be paid in full prior to the event, according to the schedule set forth by festival organizers.

    2. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting any applicable sales taxes associated with their sales.

     

    Conduct and Compliance:

    1. Vendors and their staff are expected to conduct themselves in a courteous and professional manner at all times.

    2. Noise levels, including music or demonstrations, must not interfere with neighboring booths or festival programming.

    3. Any violation of festival rules may result in immediate removal from the event and forfeiture of any fees paid.

    4. The festival reserves the right to amend these rules at any time; vendors will be notified of any changes as soon as possible.
