Advance Salutes America's 250th Birthday Festival
Rules for Festival Vendors
General Requirements:
1. All vendors must be pre-registered and approved by festival organizers prior to the event.
2. Vendors are required to display their official vendor pass at all times while on festival grounds.
3. Booth setup and teardown must occur during designated hours as communicated in advance by organizers.
4. Vendors are responsible for their own staff, equipment, and merchandise security at all times.
Health and Safety:
1. Vendors selling food or beverages must comply with all local health department regulations and provide necessary permits upon request.
2. All equipment and structures must be safe, stable, and not pose a hazard to festival attendees or other vendors.
3. Fire extinguishers must be present at all food booths where any cooking of food product is being performed and all open flames must be pre-approved by the organizers.
4. Keep all aisles, exits, and walkways clear of obstructions.
Booth Operations:
1. Vendors must remain within their assigned booth space and not encroach on neighboring booths or common areas.
2. Display signage should be professional and not contain offensive or inappropriate language or imagery.
3. Vendors are responsible for maintaining a clean and tidy booth throughout the event.
4. All trash must be properly bagged and disposed of in designated waste areas at the end of each day.
Product and Service Guidelines:
1. All products and services offered must be legal and appropriate for a family-friendly audience.
2. Vendors may not sell or distribute alcohol, tobacco, or controlled substances unless specifically authorized in writing by festival organizers.
3. Counterfeit or trademark-infringing goods are strictly prohibited.
4. Samples and promotional materials must not be distributed outside the vendor’s booth.
Please note that this is a family community event and no possibly offensive items are to be displayed or sold.
The Advance Salutes America's 250th Birthday Festival committee. reserves the right to prohibit any item in its sole and exclusive discretion deemed necessary to protect the general health, safety, reputation and welfare of the public including firearms, stun guns or any other weapons, or any other material deemed offensive to local community standards.
Under no circumstance will anything political be allowed to be displayed or sold by any vendor while on the grounds of the market or on any and all public pages on FB. Instagram or any other digital platform that is connected to the Advance Salutes America's 250th Birthday Festival.
Payments and Fees:
1. All required vendor fees must be paid in full prior to the event, according to the schedule set forth by festival organizers.
2. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting any applicable sales taxes associated with their sales.
Conduct and Compliance:
1. Vendors and their staff are expected to conduct themselves in a courteous and professional manner at all times.
2. Noise levels, including music or demonstrations, must not interfere with neighboring booths or festival programming.
3. Any violation of festival rules may result in immediate removal from the event and forfeiture of any fees paid.
4. The festival reserves the right to amend these rules at any time; vendors will be notified of any changes as soon as possible.
