• Student Media Feedback Form

  • This is the Student Media feedback form, responses to which will only be seen by our Wellbeing Officer, Ruby Tiplady, and Student Media Officer, Libby Griffiths. This form aims to respond to logistical and organisational complaints and address feedback in support-based scenarios. This form is for use by all of our volunteers; you will be contacted by Ruby or Libby to discuss next steps or resolutions. If you have interpersonal conflicts or tensions and wish to address them here, we will follow a similar process but likely ask to meet in person. The information will stay between Ruby and Libby except in extreme situations, in which cases our courses of action will be communicated with you.

    This form and other communications are monitored 9am-5pm Monday-Friday. If you are in crisis, having extreme difficulty coping with your situation, or feel you are unable to keep yourself safe, you may need urgent specialist help and support. However difficult things may feel, there is always help and support available. The most important thing is to reach out. Contact the emergency services by dialling 999 if there is immediate risk of harm or go to Accident and Emergency at the nearest hospital. NHS 111 can also refer you to local crisis teams for triage if you can keep yourself safe where you are. If we become concerned about something raised on the form, we will make a referral to student wellbeing services.
