Participant Information
You are invited to take part in this research study as part of my Extended Project Qualification for college.

The purpose of this study is to explore people’s views and experiences of mental health stigma and how it may affect individuals’ wellbeing and help-seeking behaviour.

Participation is completely voluntary.
- You may skip any question you do not wish to answer.
- You may stop completing the questionnaire at any time before submitting it.
- The questionnaire is anonymous. You will not be asked for your name or identifying details.
- All information provided will be kept confidential.
- Your responses will be used for academic purposes only and will not be shared outside of my college assessment.
- Data will be stored securely and deleted after the project has been assessed.
Some questions relate to mental health experiences. Please only share what you feel comfortable discussion.
