VENDOR INFORMATION

This year we are happy to partner with two other events to create some incredible synergy in The West Bottoms at Liberty Courtyard: The KC BBQ Society's two-day barbecue contest Backyard BBQ in The Bottoms and a multi-day plein air event honoring Wilbur Niewald and inviting artists into the West Bottoms, Wilbur Niewald Plien Air Painting.

Saturday May 16th from 10 - 4 pm. Set-up begins at 8:30 am.

Artists, makers, bakers, vintage, etc. are welcome to apply. We do not accept MLM or boutiques (not handmade or designed by you).

Booths are outdoor and will be on concrete/brick.

10x10 white tents are required and are available for rent for a fee on a first-come/first-serve basis.

Booth fees are $95.00 plus 10% of sales over $950.00
