Application Fee

A $100 non-refundable application fee is required to submit an application to Cohome. This fee covers the administrative costs associated with reviewing applications, coordinating interviews, and facilitating the community matching process.Submission of an application and payment of the application fee does not guarantee acceptance into a Cohome residence, placement in a specific home, or availability of housing. Placement decisions are based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to community fit, availability, and program alignment.By submitting this application, you acknowledge and agree that the application fee is non-refundable, regardless of the outcome of the application or timing of placement.
