Stay Terms and Conditions

The guest confirms that the stay is intended to be family-friendly and quiet and agrees to respect the quiet hours 23:00–08:00, with no parties and no loud music. Pets are not allowed and smoking indoors is prohibited. The stay is strictly limited to the dates and the number of guests stated in the booking and in this form; no additional or undeclared guests may stay without prior authorisation. The guest is responsible for any damage and agrees to use the property, swimming pool and outdoor areas carefully and safely, ensuring that minors are supervised by an adult at all times. On arrival (check-in) a refundable security deposit of €200 is required, payable in cash or by Bizum; it will be returned within 72 hours after check-out, once the property has been checked, provided there is no damage, loss, extra cleaning required or serious breach of the house rules. Breach of these conditions may result in early termination of the stay without refund and recovery of any costs or damages.
