By submitting this application, I acknowledge that I have read and understand all rules and regulations of the Pacific Partnership as outlined in this application and agree to comply fully with them. I understand that participation in the Pacific Car Show + Block Party involves certain inherent risks, including but not limited to risks related to setup and teardown, booth operations, product sales, food or beverage service, alcohol service, equipment use, electrical connections, and interaction with event attendees. I voluntarily assume all such risks associated with participation in this event.
On behalf of myself, my business, and my employees, agents, contractors, representatives, heirs, and assigns, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Pacific Partnership, the City of Pacific, event sponsors and promoters, and all of their respective officers, employees, agents, volunteers, subcontractors, and affiliated parties from and against any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, causes of action, judgments, and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising out of or relating to my participation in the event, my booth operations, products, services, equipment, personnel, or any acts or omissions of myself or those acting on my behalf, whether such claims are brought by me, my employees, contractors, attendees, or any third party, and whether or not caused in whole or in part by negligence of any released party, except in cases of willful misconduct.
I understand that submission of a completed application does not guarantee approval and that participation is contingent upon approval by the Pacific Partnership Vendor Committee. I acknowledge that I will not be permitted to participate in the event unless a complete application is on file and approval has been granted.
I further grant permission to the Pacific Partnership and its representatives to photograph, record, or otherwise capture images or video of my booth, products, employees, and representatives during the event. I authorize the use of such photographs or recordings for promotional, marketing, publication, or other lawful purposes without compensation.
