      • Submission of this form does NOT secure your event date.
      • Orders are confirmed ONLY after invoice payment and deposit receipt.
      • All deposits are NON-refundable and NON-transferable.
      • Final balances MUST be paid before the agreed due date.
      • Bundle and dessert package orders REQUIRE a minimum of 2 weeks notice.
      • Wedding and large event orders REQUIRE 30+ days notice.
      • Tastings are REQUIRED for ALL wedding orders and large celebrations.
      • Design changes MUST be submitted no later than 7 days before the event.
      • Ashima-Shannell Bakery & Cafe is NOT responsible for damages once orders are picked up or delivered and accepted.
      • Clients are RESPONSIBLE for providing safe and proper dessert table setup/display unless otherwise agreed.
