Her Sports Fest Tickets
Her Sports Fest is the only festival of its kind in North America created to celebrate, promote and support girls and women in sports. All the information you need is available at www.hersportsfest.ca.

Friday: StrongHER Night Out (19+) – Friday night is an exclusive 19+ experience designed to give women the opportunity to fully immerse themselves in Her Sports Fest. Try new sports, celebrate, play and connect with community… and it’s OK to wear sweats and sneakers!

Saturday and Sunday – Designed especially for girls ages 8 to 18, with friends, families, teammates and supporters all welcome to join the excitement. To help create the best possible experience for participants, we encourage younger girls to attend in the morning sessions and older youth to join later in the day, wherever possible.

Friday StrongHER Night Out (19+)	$45	Valid for Friday night only. All guests must be 19 years of age or older as of May 22, 2026.
General Admission	$20	This ticket provides access to one session of your choice on Saturday or Sunday. Valid for guests 8+ as of May 22, 2026. Session selected is for entry time.
Child (Under 7 yr)	Free	Children age 7 and under Must be selected with a purchased ticket. All children (7 and under) must be registered in advance to attend the event.
Family Pass	$60	This ticket provides access to one session of your choice on Saturday or Sunday. The Family Pass includes up to four (4) attendees and requires a minimum of one adult (19 years of age or older as of May 22, 2026). All 4 members must enter at the same time.
Team Pass	$12.50 / each	Team pass requires a minimum of eight (8) tickets and may include up to fifteen (15) tickets. Recommended ratio of one adult per five youth. There must be at least one adult (19 years of age or older) with the group. Team passes register all tickets for the same session. An email address is required for each attendee. (parent/guardian email if under 18). Each attendee will then activate their ticket via email. Tickets that have not been activated will not be accepted.
Pay it Forward	$20	Purchase a ticket for a youth in an underserved or new Canadian community

Please note tickets will be sent via email and each ticket is only valid for one session.

Her Sports Inc., acknowledge that the lands on which Her Sports Fest takes place are situated on the Treaty Lands of the Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation and the Traditional Territory of many nations, including the Haudenosaunee and Wendat peoples. I acknowledge that attendance at and participation in this event involve inherent risks, including the potential for injury, illness, or property damage. I voluntarily assume all such risks on behalf of myself and, as parent or legal guardian, on behalf of any individual under the age of 18 that I am registering or naming. I agree to release and hold harmless Her Sports Inc., Sherry Lamb Solutions, Jigsaw Events, and their respective partners, sponsors, contractors, volunteers, staff, and venue from any and all liability, including claims arising from negligence, for any damages, losses, or injuries of any kind arising out of or in connection with attendance at or participation in Her Sports Fest activities and related activities, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Photo & Video Release

I consent to the use of photographs, video recordings, and other media captured during the event for promotional, marketing, and communications purposes by Her Sports Fest, without compensation. This consent is given by me, as parent or legal guardian, on behalf of any individual under the age of 18 that I am registering or naming.

Code of Conduct Agreement

All participants, attendees, staff, volunteers, and partners are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful, inclusive, and sportsmanlike manner at all times. Harassment, discrimination, unsafe behavior, or disruption of the event will not be tolerated. Event organizers reserve the right to take appropriate action, including removal from the event without refund, to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for everyone.

Refund & Postponement Policy Acknowledgment

All ticket fees are non-refundable. In the event that the event is postponed, tickets will be carried forward to the new date. If the event is cancelled due to circumstances beyond the organizers’ control (including but not limited to weather, public health restrictions, acts of government, or other force majeure events), ticket fees will not be refunded. If the event is cancelled by the organizers for other reasons, ticket holders will be notified and refund options will be communicated at that time. No refunds will be issued for failure to attend, schedule conflicts, or removal due to violation of event policies.
