Welcome, and thank you for taking this brief survey to explore the importance of feeling genuinely loved at work.
Based upon your answers—which will be sent back to you along with helpful growth tips—you will be able to clearly see areas of opportunity to enhance your personal and professional growth as an individual and as part of a team or organization.
This LOVE@WORK Leader Assessment is broken up into 4 brief sections based upon the LOVE Leadership Model (Listen, Observe, Value, and Empower) featured in my book, LOVE@WORK. Each section will have a few questions which you should answer openly and honestly to ensure we accurately capture your "perception" of how you are performing in each area.
PLEASE NOTE: Your teammates should take a similar assessment where they will be asked to answer the same questions based on their "experiences" of how you are performing in each area.
The goal is to determine any LOVE gaps that need to close—between your perception and their reality—to stimulate conversations that create a more LOVE-centric work environment where all can thrive.
