Waiver of Liability

Hereby declare that I am fully aware of potential risks connected to my participation in the IFR Champions Cup 2026. In particular, I declare that I accept any and all responsibility, without limitations, in connection with my direct participation in the sports activities proposed by For A Cause Events Ltd ("Organisers") at the IFR Champions Cup Village (Pembroke Football Ground, St. Julian's) on the 5th and 6th September 2026, and irrevocably waive all claims for damages against the party organising the event.

Hereby I provide irrevocable and unlimited consent and authorize the use by the Organisers of any and all photographs, video, voice recordings, or other media taken of me during this event, in connection with the exhibition, distribution, advertising, web, exploiting, and/or publicizing of images that you may consider relevant.

I declare that in case of an accident during the above mentioned IFR Champions Cup tournament, I, the undersigned, will not claim damages from the Organisers and will not request any reimbursement from For A Cause Events Ltd in case of damages not covered, unforeseen, and/or not included in my insurance policy. I also declare that I have valid medical clearance for such activities.
