All registrations must be submitted via this form. Once your registration has been successfully submitted, you will receive an invoice from SUNYCAP. Please do not submit payment until you have received your invoice from SUNYCAP. HOTEL RESERVATION POLICIES • Reservations will not be taken by the HOTEL. • ALL RESERVATION REQUESTS MUST BE RECEIVED BY SUNYCAP. Any requests received by SUNYCAP after the conference room block is full or after Monday, May 12, 2026 will be accepted on a space-available basis and subject to a $100 fee. • Cancellations must be received by Friday, 5/22/26 • Conference registration fees will not be refunded after Friday, 5/22/26. • Check-in time at the Saratoga Springs Holiday Inn is 3:00 pm. Hotel check-out is 11:00 am • Please DO NOT CONTACT the Hotel regarding reservations. All reservations are made through SUNYCAP • Reservations will be guaranteed from date of arrival to date of departure as confirmed and refunds will not be granted for early check-outs or missed meals • A credit card will be required for incidentals upon check in • Rates for early arrival before Sunday, 6/14/2026 or for late departure after Thursday, 6/18/26 will be quoted upon request, subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed at the Conference rate.
