LOVE@WORK Teammate Assessment
Welcome, and thank you for taking this brief survey to explore the importance of feeling genuinely loved at work.
Based upon your answers—which I will send back to you along with helpful growth tips—you will be able to clearly see areas of opportunity to enhance your personal and professional growth as an individual and as part of a team or organization.
This LOVE@WORK Teammate Assessment is broken up into 4 brief sections based upon the LOVE Leadership Model (Listen, Observe, Value, and Empower) featured in my book, LOVE@WORK. Each section will have a few questions which you should answer openly and honestly to ensure we accurately capture your current thoughts, feelings, and experiences.
PLEASE NOTE: Your leader should take a similar assessment where they will be asked to answer these questions based upon their "perception" of how they are performing in each area in relation to you and others on their team.
The goal is to determine any LOVE gaps that need to close—between their perception and your reality—to stimulate conversations that create a more LOVE-centric work envirionment where all can thrive.
