    This form is intended to provide initial information of your needs to the theatre and technical staff for the Meadows Hall Event Space and/or Inzer Hall Black Box. Completing this form allows us to make your event as successful as possible.   • ADVISORY (Meadows Only): All GSCC events MUST submit a ticket to maintenance to acquire additional chairs AND set-up. The Division of Fine Arts is not responsible for any non-standard seating requests over 125 total chairs.
