- The volunteer job descriptions and role expectations
- The requirement to treat all pantry guests with dignity, respect, and fairness.
- The requirement to ask permission before providing assitance or physical contact and to respect each person's autonomy and boundaries.
- Confidentiality expecations regardin participant information and records.
- Civi-rights requirements for TEFAP, CSFP, and CSBG, including nondiscrimination, equitable treatment, language access, and disability access.
- The reqirement to refer any cooncerns, incidents, or complaints to the pantry director immediately.
- The expectation that I will follow all pantry safety, conduct, and training guidelines.
