Terms & Conditions
A non-refundable planning fee is required for all inquiries and must be paid before services begin.
Responses are provided within 48 business hours (excluding weekends, holidays, or vacation time). Payment is accepted via Zelle or Apple Pay, and details will be sent after your inquiry is confirmed.
Trip proposals are delivered within up to two weeks. Rush service may be available for an additional fee. If no communication or decision is received within 30 days of your proposal, a new planning fee will be required to continue services.
Planning at least 4–6 months in advance is recommended. Pricing is subject to change until a payment is made.
If travel insurance is declined, a waiver is required and additional fees may apply for changes or cancellations.
