In March 2026, the Tennessee AIDS Action Network (TAAN) and Nashville CARES will once again bring together advocates and service providers from across the state to tell the stories of People Living with HIV, build relationships and increase visibility in order to ensure the continued support of our lawmakers as they deliberate the ongoing funding of HIV prevention and services in Tennessee.
Join more than 120 HIV advocates as we gather to make our voices heard. The one-day event begins with a brunch where we will hear from advocates and allies about the continued need for engaging lawmakers and increasing the visibility of people living with HIV. We end the day with visits to Capitol Hill.
This year, we are pleased to announce the creation of the Tennessee Advocate of the Year Award. This recognition celebrates the passion and commitment of an individual who works tirelessly to make life better for all of us who have been affected by HIV.
Our agenda includes:
11:00 am Brunch
11:45 am Advocacy Updates and Advocate of the Year Award
12:30 pm Visits to Capitol Hill
