*Terms and Conditions for The 2025 Dancer Project at Harmann Studios
1. Harmann Studios withholds the rights to use all photos taken for present and future marketing purposes.
2. Deposit and Reservation: A $100 refundable deposit is required to reserve a private studio and photographer. This deposit is fully refunded when the client finalizes their portrait selection at Harmann Studios.
3. Cancellation Policy: If a client, for whatever reason, is late to their session, Harmann Studios reserves the right to reschedule the session. Harmann Studios will do its best to accommodate families at the time of reservation. If the client cancels their appointment with less than a 5-day notice from the time of their scheduled photoshoot, the $100 deposit will be converted into a store credit and will no longer be refundable. In the unlikely event of a no-show, the $100 deposit becomes non-refundable.
4. Eligibility: Applicants must be 18 years or older. Past clients are eligible for a new promotion twelve months after a prior promotion.
