6. As of now, said defendant has not paid the outstanding balance dur for the towing of my vehicle.

i. A finding that the towing of my vehicle was unlawful;

ii. An award for the defendant who authorized the towing of my vehicle to pay $   amount of towing and storage fees   (this amount must be $15,000.00 or less), which represents the towing and storage fees related to this incident; and

iii. An order to release the vehicle to me immediately.
