General Faith Formation is a requirement for Sacramental Preparation. Please select which option completes this requirement for your child(ren).

Is there a Payment?

We ask for $35 toward the cost of books to help offset a small portion of the cost.

After clicking submit, you will be redirected to our WeShare website where you will be able to pay the $35 per child.

Attendance Policy:

The sacrament program is a home based study designed for you and your child(ren) to learn the teaching of the Catholic Church regarding the sacraments of First Reconciliation and First Communion. Because this is a home based study there are limited meetings you are required to attend. Therefore your attendance at each meeting is required.

Photography & Video Notice

The Holy Family Parish photographer or coordinator will be present to take photos or videos of the students for use in program displays, the parish bulletin or website, or other publicity-related publications. These materials will only be used for appropriate purposes and names will not be listed. It will be assumed that you give permission for your child to be photographed or videotaped unless you provide a statement via e-mail to Trisha Zimmerman at trishaz@hffdl.org. She will reply back to verify that your wishes are understood. If you do not receive a response back within 24 hours, she did not receive your e-mail so please try again.
