Did you know that certain types of mushrooms have the potential to improve your memory, boost your immunity, reduce inflammation, and help regulate cholesterol, blood pressure, and blood sugar levels? And there's more!
In this workshop, we'll learn about the many health benefits of mushrooms like lion's mane, reishi, turkey tail, and shitake. Medicinal mushroom products have recently gained popularity, and while readily available, tend to be unaffordable for the long-term use required to reap the purported benefits.
We'll learn a simple and affordable process to make tinctures using these fungi so that we can easily incorporate them into our daily routines. Workshop participants will take home a sample of tincture so that they can get started on their journey to better health through the use of medicinal mushrooms.
