At Sturgis Youth Sports, we are committed to creating a positive, supportive, and respectful environment for all athletes, coaches, volunteers, and families. As parents and guardians, you play a key role in upholding the values of our organization, and it is essential that your behavior aligns with the standards we set for our community.

By signing this statement, you agree to the following:

Respect for All
You will treat all participants—players, coaches, officials, volunteers, and fellow parents—with respect, dignity, and fairness. Disrespectful, derogatory, or discriminatory behavior, including verbal or physical abuse, will not be tolerated.

Sportsmanship and Positive Support
You will model good sportsmanship by encouraging athletes to display teamwork, perseverance, and respect for the game, regardless of the outcome. Negative behavior such as yelling at referees, coaches, or players will not be tolerated.

Constructive Communication
You will engage in open, constructive communication with coaches, staff, and other parents in a respectful and professional manner. Any concerns should be addressed through proper channels, avoiding disruptive or inappropriate actions during games or practices.

Role Modeling
You will serve as a positive role model by demonstrating ethical behavior, integrity, and fairness in all interactions within the Sturgis Youth Sports community. Your actions both on and off the field reflect the values we stand for.

Commitment to the Safety and Well-being of Children
You understand that the safety and well-being of all children are our top priorities. Any behavior that compromises this safety, including bullying or harassment, will result in immediate action and possible suspension from events.

Compliance with Policies
You will comply with all Sturgis Youth Sports rules, regulations, and guidelines, as well as any policies related to safety, conduct, and participation.

Failure to Comply
Failure to adhere to this Code of Conduct may result in the parent being referred to the Sturgis Youth Sports Disciplinary Board, where consequences may include removal from the organization without a refund.

By acknowledging this statement, you agree to uphold these principles and ensure that Sturgis Youth Sports remains a safe and welcoming environment for all. Failure to comply with these standards may result in disciplinary actions up to and including permanent removal from the organization without a refund.

Sturgis Youth Sports No Refund Policy 

 "By signing below, I acknowledge and agree that all payments made to Sturgis Youth Sports are final. There will be no refunds issued under any circumstances, regardless of the payment method used. I understand and accept this policy for my child’s participation in the program."
