As per P-25 Officials Education Reimbursement Policy reimbursement is strictly intended for continuing education purposes and is subject to the following annual limits:

Annual Cap: A maximum of $500.00 per official per membership year (July 1 – June 30).
Per Competition Cap: A maximum of $200.00 per competition for judge trials.
Allowable Expenses: Reimbursement primarily covers registration fees. If fees are below the per-competition cap, officials may seek reimbursement for transportation or accommodations up to the remaining balance of that cap.

For Competition Level Officials - Reimbursement will be for trial judges, Scoring, Referees, and Technical Specialists who are training for competition level requirements.
For Test Level Trail Judges - Reimbursement for test level judges who are required to trial out of state competition in order to meet requirement for a test appointment
