1. Must either be currently be enrolled at the University of North Florida or be an incoming transfer student

2. Must have minimum of 60 credits hrs (undergrad) or 12 credits hrs (graduate) taken

3. Must have declared a major in the UNF Brooks College of Health

4. Minimum 2.75 Cumulative GPA

5. Must be taking minimum of 12 credits hrs (undergrad) or 6 credits (graduate) for start of semester following receipt of scholarship

6. Remain in good standing as a student
