  • Authors are invited to submit abstracts for poster presentations, an abstract from each of the below areas submitted by a student / early career researcher will be chosen for oral presentations and a sponsored prize will be awarded to the best student researcher oral presentation.

    A moderated poster session will also take place, and a sponsored prize will be awarded to the best poster.

    To align with the theme of Shaping Future Healthcare with Clinical Research and Personalised Prescribing, we particularly welcome submissions under the below themes:

    • Optimising medicines use and prescribing practice
    • Innovative clinical research
    • Genomics and advanced therapeutics
    • Translating discovery into clinical practice
    • Personalised and Precision Medicine
    • Data driven and digital healthcare research

    We welcome submissions from clinicians, researchers, healthcare professionals, industry partners, and early career investigators across all healthcare disciplines.

    Authors should select the theme that best aligns with their abstract during submission. Multidisciplinary and cross theme research submissions are encouraged.

    Please note:

    • Event registration will be free of charge for the first 30 accepted abstract submissions.

    • The deadline for abstract submission is noon on 30th June 2026

    • You will be sent an e-mail to confirm the successful receipt of your abstract.

    • Abstracts must be limited to 300 words (excluding title, author names, and affiliations) and a maximum of 3 references.

    • Presentations and Posters must be presented / submitted in English.

    • Presenting authors will receive an e-mail or letter informing them about abstract acceptance and the final format (oral or poster presentation).
    • Once the abstract is accepted, presenting authors commit themselves to attend the conference. 

    • Presentations where authors have not registered 2 weeks prior to the conference will be removed from the programme.
