Our desire is that no child will be excluded from attending camp due to lack of funds. Generous churches and individuals support the mission of Redwood Renewal Foundation, making it possible for us to offer a limited number of full or partial sponsorships to help cover the $90 camp fee when needed. Every camper will be fully included in all activities, provided meals and snacks, encouraged by energetic staff and volunteers, and surrounded by caring adults who are committed to creating a safe, fun, and meaningful experience. Campers will learn new skills, enjoy outdoor adventures, and participate in activities designed to help them grow, and build friendships.

Families may register with full sponsorship requested, partial sponsorship requested, or full self-pay. If requesting partial sponsorship, please indicate the amount you are able to contribute.

I, the undersigned parent or legal guardian of the minor listed below, hereby grant permission to Redwood Renewal Foundation, its representatives, employees, volunteers, and authorized media partners to photograph, video record, and/or otherwise capture the image, likeness, and voice of my child during Redwood Renewal Foundation programs, events, and activities.

I authorize Redwood Renewal Foundation to use these photographs, video recordings, and/or audio recordings for purposes including, but not limited to: Promotional materials, Printed publications, Social media platforms, Website content, Fundraising materials, and Educational or ministry presentations.

I understand that these images and recordings may be used without further notice or compensation and may appear in print, digital, or other media formats.

I further understand that Redwood Renewal Foundation will make reasonable efforts to use these materials respectfully and in a manner consistent with its mission.

I release and hold harmless Redwood Renewal Foundation, its staff, volunteers, and representatives from any claims, damages, or liability arising from the use of these photographs or recordings.

I understand that Participation in media is voluntary, and declining this release will not affect my child’s participation in camp activities.
