Free Meals for Volunteers!

Each night a free meal will be available to all volunteers and their families from 4:30 to 5:15 pm. Please indicate if you plan to join us for dinner.

If you have kids who will be participating in Kids Trek they are welcome to join you for a free meal too. Please indicate the number of people who will be joining the meal.
Free Child Care for Volunteer!

Free child care is available for volunteers with children; infants through 3 years. Space is limited, and we will contact you only if we are unable to accommodate.

AUTHORIZATIONS & PERMISSIONS FOR KIDS TREK CHILD CARE

By signing below, I authorize Abundant Life Church (ALC) to act on my behalf when I cannot be reached, IN CASES OF EMERGENCY, resulting in the need for immediate medical attention for my child(ren) listed above. Further, I agree to hold harmless ALC and its staff/leadership from accidents resulting from my child(ren)'s participation in its activities.

In addition, I hereby give Abundant Life Church permission to film, videotape, and/or photograph my children(ren), listed above, for the purpose of utilizing the material for future production or to exhibit the success of this event. The content/photos will not be sold or used by anyone outside of Abundant Life Church. I understand and agree that no compensation will be paid to my child(ren) for participating in this film, video, and/or photography.
