Receive and check in quilts. Sort them into categories for hanging.
Hanging Quilts for the Show
Work in teams to hang sheets and quilts according to the layout plan.
Admissions
Greet attendees, collect payment, and explain voting for Favorite Quilt and the Treasure Hunt. This is a seated position and can be fast-paced when lines form.
Walker
Circulate among the quilts, answer questions, and gently remind guests not to touch the quilts.
Door Watcher
Monitor the door to ensure entry and exit occur only through the designated main entrance/exit. This is a seated position.
Membership Table
Speak with guests interested in joining the guild, assist with membership forms, and collect payment. This is a seated position.
Raffle Quilt Ticket Sales
Sell raffle tickets and collect payment. This can be a seated position.
Fat Quarter Basket Raffle Ticket Sales
Sell raffle tickets and collect payment. This can be a seated position.
Sit & Sew
Work on hand projects while answering questions from attendees. This is a seated position.
Take Down
Work in teams to dismantle the quilt show, organize quilts for return, fold and pack sheets, and collect and pack supplies.
