Appointment & Deposit Policy: A $25 appointment deposit is required to secure your appointment and will be applied toward your final service total. Texas state-regulated notary fees apply. Any applicable travel, after-hours, or convenience fees will be included in your final quote and provided before confirmation. Travel fees are based on location, distance, and scheduling. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice and no-shows will result in the forfeiture of the $25 deposit. If I am unable to accommodate your appointment, the deposit will be refunded. Your appointment is not confirmed until you receive confirmation.
