2026 Summer Camp Academy Form

Thank you for your interest in the 2026 Summer Camp Academy (SCA) program at Centerville Middle School and Grimmer Elementary School. Please note: Cabrillo and Brier Elementary will not host the program this year due to facility construction. Centerville Middle School will host elementary grade levels and 6th-8th grade middle school.

Program Details

Dates: June 15, 2026-July 31st, 2026

Time: 8:30 am-5:30 pm

Days: Monday-Friday

ELOP-eligible families may be eligible to have program fees waived. If you are ELO-P eligible, please fill out the form ELO-P 2026. If you are not ELOP eligible, please visit Summer Camp Academy to register for the program by clicking the location of your choice and completing the online registration process to enroll and pay.

This form is NOT a confirmation that you have been enrolled in the program. Once approved by the school district, a confirmation email will be sent.
