    We are pleased and so EXCITED to announce that we have been chosen to make a short documentary/ commercial with Warner Brothers/Discovery, Home Depot, DC Collective, LenSea Film and Barrie Creative. During the past weeks we have been gaining so many assets in the garden via this project as well as a sweet donation from Seville Quarter Rotary. You are invited to be part of the MOVIE. Spaces are limited. See instructions below before signing up. ***If you can not make a time you signed up for please let me know ASAP.     Please note, if you have not worked in the garden in the last 6 months, you will sighn a new garden waiver. 

  • Here are some guidelines:

    Please note - filming will take place during all volunteer time slots. We have limited spaces for each time slot. The descriptions are listed in the time slot section. 

    There are some slots that say DO NOT SIGN Up here- specific people will be asked to sign up in those spaces. Thank You

    Please keep this on the down-low, we are not yet sharing with the public at large.

    Wardrobe Guidelines: From the Ground Up Film

    Thank you for volunteering to participate in our upcoming shoot! We want everyone to look natural, comfortable, and ready to work in the garden while maintaining a cohesive look on camera. Please review the guidelines below when selecting your wardrobe.

    Preferred Option: We will have a shirt for everyone. If we don't have your size, please be prepared with appropriate colors etc. If you have a garden shirt we are only using the one with our big logo on the front and the poem on the back. 

    From The Ground Up branded shirt

    Paired with:

    Jeans, Work pants, Casual / gardening-appropriate bottoms

    Comfortable, closed-toe shoes or work boots

    Alternate Option (If Not Wearing Branded Shirt)

    Solid or subtle patterned clothing

    Earth tones, greens, warm neutrals, or muted colors are encouraged

    Jeans or work pants

    Comfortable, closed-toe shoes or work boots

    Avoid

    Visible brand logos (other than From The Ground Up)

    Blue shirts

     Solid white or solid black tops

    Busy patterns, graphics, or text

    Open-toed shoes or sandals

    Additional Notes

     Clothing may get dirty — please dress appropriately for gardening work.

    Layers are encouraged in case of changing weather.

    Hats are welcome if they are neutral and do not display logos.
