Want to build confidence, communication skills & have fun? Have you heard about DSIDQ’s program, Hear Me Out? It has just been rolled out in Brisbane along with a workshop on the Gold Coast, and we would love to bring it to the Toowoomba. Hear Me Out: Finding Your Voice Through Debate is a free program from Down Syndrome and Intellectual Disability Queensland, designed for adults 18+ with intellectual disability. Through fun and supportive debate activities, you’ll build confidence, strengthen communication, and grow your critical thinking skills — all while developing your voice and sharing your ideas. The program was co-designed with people with intellectual disability, making it accessible, relevant, and engaging. You’ll take part in group games, partner activities, and interactive challenges, all supported by DSIDQ staff. When: 21st, 22nd, 23rd April 2026 Where: Toowoomba location TBC Important:The program will only run if enough people register.
