  • Early Termination Fee (Liquidated Damages)
Because Golden Elite Allstars incurs non-recoverable expenses including choreography, music licensing, coaching contracts, competition registrations, and administrative costs at the beginning of the season, early withdrawal creates financial damages that are difficult to calculate precisely.

If a family voluntarily withdraws or is released from the program after team placement, an Early Termination Fee of $600 will be assessed as liquidated damages.

    The parties agree that:

This amount represents a reasonable estimate of anticipated damages.
It is not intended as a penalty.
It reflects costs already incurred and administrative losses associated with withdrawal.
The Early Termination Fee is in addition to:

Any unpaid tuition during the required 30-day notice period.
Any non-refundable third-party fees already committed.

  • Payment Default Policy
If tuition or fees become delinquent:

    The account may be suspended.
The athlete may be ineligible to practice or compete.
Past due balances may be sent to collections.
The account holder is responsible for reasonable collection costs as permitted under California law.
Golden Elite Allstars reserves the right to deny participation until the account is brought current.

    Chargeback & Payment Dispute Policy
By enrolling, the parent/guardian agrees not to initiate a chargeback for properly disclosed tuition, fees, or seasonal commitments.

In the event of a chargeback, Golden Elite Allstars reserves the right to:

    Suspend participation immediately.
    Recover disputed funds.
Seek reimbursement for administrative and bank fees as permitted under California law.

  • SECTION 3: Attendance & Competition Policy

Read and acknowledge the attendance and competition policies.
  • Attendance at all practices is mandatory. Absence requests must be submitted in advance for approval. Athletes must not attend practice if experiencing fever, vomiting, or contagious illness. Competition attendance is required. Repeated unexcused absences may incur administrative fees.

Golden Elite Allstars teams participate in both one-day and two-day competitions throughout the season. Participation in competitions involves additional costs, which may include competition registration fees, food, travel, lodging, and other related expenses. All accounts must be current and in good standing for an athlete to be eligible to compete. Travel arrangements and accommodations are the sole responsibility of the athlete’s family, and the gym does not arrange or assume responsibility for travel.

All athletes are required to attend every scheduled competition, both local and out-of-town. Competition attendance is mandatory with no exceptions. It is the responsibility of the athlete and family to adhere to all competition schedules. Failure to appear at a scheduled competition will result in immediate removal from the program.

If one or more team members are unable to attend a competition, the coaching staff reserves the right to forfeit the competition if deemed necessary. Competition fees are non-refundable under all circumstances. Families are strongly advised not to schedule vacations, family events, or other commitments after August 11th. Mandatory additional practices may be scheduled in preparation for competitions.

A full competition schedule will be provided as early as possible to allow families ample time to plan accordingly. Families should reference the competition schedule when planning vacations, events, and appointments. Medical appointments should be scheduled on non-practice days whenever possible.

  • SECTION 3: Parent  Expectations Policy
