Parent Information & Expectations
Golden Elite Allstars has established rules and regulations to ensure a positive, safe, and productive environment for all competitive athletes. The following expectations apply to all GEA families.
Closed Practices
Practices are closed to parents and spectators unless expressly invited by staff. Window viewing and practice observation are not permitted. Families are encouraged to drop off athletes at the start of practice and pick them up promptly at the conclusion.
The most effective way to support your athlete is by reinforcing coaching decisions and gym policies.
Parent & Athlete Conduct
Golden Elite Allstars maintains a zero-tolerance policy for disrespectful behavior. This includes, but is not limited to:
Name-calling
Bullying
Harassment
Inappropriate conduct
Negative or disruptive communication toward athletes, parents, or staff
Golden Elite Allstars enforces a two-strike policy. Individuals engaging in inappropriate conduct may be placed on probation or removed from the program at the discretion of the gym.
Parents are not permitted to directly address another athlete regarding team matters. Concerns involving another team member must be directed to Richard or Yvonne through proper communication channels.
Communication Expectations
Families are expected to respect scheduled practice times. Practices may extend beyond scheduled end times at the discretion of coaching staff when necessary for safety, choreography completion, or competition preparation.
Practice times and competitions are not appropriate settings for extended discussions. Concerns should be addressed:
Before or after practice
By scheduled appointment
Via email for minor matters
Personal Property & Safety
Athletes should not bring valuables to the gym. Golden Elite Allstars, including its owners, staff, and affiliates, is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.
For safety purposes:
Jewelry is not permitted during practice or competition.
Jewelry must be removed prior to arrival.
Athletes must maintain short, smooth, and safe fingernails at all times.
Failure to comply with safety requirements may result in the athlete being unable to participate in that practice or event.
Program Commitment & Mutual Respect
Parent support is essential to the success of our program. Golden Elite Allstars does not show favoritism; every athlete is a valued and important member of the organization.
While families may not agree with every coaching or administrative decision, participation in the program indicates agreement to follow all rules, policies, and procedures outlined in this Agreement.
Golden Elite Allstars is committed to fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and mutual respect. Our athletes are here to learn, grow, and compete at the highest level.
