AGREEMENT TO ENROLL IN TAGALOG CLASSES WITH MAG TAGALOG TAYO

By submitting this form, I understand and agree to the following:

Services
The Instructor (Mag Tagalog Tayo) agrees to provide online Tagalog language instruction to the Student.

Student Conduct
All students are expected to maintain a respectful, supportive, and inclusive learning environment. Disruptive behavior, inappropriate language, harassment, or discrimination toward teachers or classmates will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the course without refund.

Attendance & Missed Sessions
Students are responsible for attending scheduled sessions on time. Missed sessions are non-refundable.

Recording of Classes
By signing this Agreement, you consent to the recording of your child's/your online class sessions for the purpose of providing a recording to students who are absent, for internal staff training and for quality assurance purposes only. Recordings will not be shared publicly or used for marketing without separate written permission.

Technology & Makeup Policy
Students are responsible for having a stable internet connection and access to the required online platform. There will be no makeup sessions for missed classes; however, students may be provided with a recording of the session they missed.

Payment & Refund Policy
Payment secures your spot in the course. Refunds are available up to two (2) days before the first session begins. After that time, no refunds will be issued except on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of the school.

General Terms

Waiver of Liability: I agree to waive all claims against the Instructor for any and all liability, loss, or damage to person or property that may arise from participation in the online classes.

Confidentiality: All worksheets and course materials provided by the Instructor are confidential and intended for students' use only. They may not be shared, distributed, or reproduced without prior written consent from Mag Tagalog Tayo.

Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.
