*Eligibility for Complimentary Nonprofit Space:
We are proud to offer complimentary exhibitor space to grassroots and community-based nonprofits. However, some organizations operate with income-generating nonprofits, or larger institutional nonprofits may not qualify for free participation. These organizations may be placed in a paid exhibitor or sponsorship category.
As a 100% volunteer-run nonprofit organization, the Ahmad Butler Foundation incurs the costs to host this event. These expenses are made possible through the support of businesses and income-generating organizations that contribute through paid exhibitor and sponsorship opportunities. Their participation allows us to continue offering free space to smaller, community-based nonprofits, while ensuring equal visibility and opportunity for all participating organizations.
