- Please read these notes before submitting a nomination for Young Achievers:
  1. The achievement must have been attained between 1 April 2025 – 31 March 2026.
  2. An individual nominated must live in the Fermanagh and Omagh District, or
  any team nominated must be located in the Fermanagh and Omagh District.
  3. An individual or members of a team nominated must have been aged 18 or under
  at the time the achievement was gained.
  4. The nominator will receive an email to confirm their submission, but the nominee
  will only receive an email if they are shortlisted to attend.
  5. For individuals / teams with several achievements, please use the form to nominate
  based on their highest-level achievement. Other achievements can be noted in
  the additional information section at 1D.
  6. Each young person invited to attend will have one guest place, for those aged
  under 18, this must be a parent or guardian but is not restricted to the
  person named in 4A.
  7. For teams shortlisted, the team must select 2 members (18 and under)
  to attend on behalf of the team. Both of these representatives will have a guest
  place as in note 6.
