    Galleries are invited to submit their application via the online form below.

    Applications will only be reviewed once the form has been fully completed, terms and regulations have been signed and the €150 excl. VAT application fee has been paid to:

    Incomplete submissions will not be considered.

    The clarity and quality of your application — including high-resolution images (300 dpi), precise artwork information, and coherent curatorial statements — are essential to the Selection Committee’s evaluation process. We therefore strongly encourage you to submit a carefully prepared and structured proposal.

    Les candidatures seront examinées uniquement lorsque le formulaire aura été entièrement complété, les conditions générales et regulations ont été dûment signés,  et que les frais de candidature de 150€ htva auront été versés sur le compte suivant :

    Les dossiers incomplets ne seront pas pris en considération.

    La clarté et la qualité de votre candidature — notamment des images en haute résolution (300 dpi), des informations précises sur les œuvres ainsi qu’une présentation curatoriale cohérente — sont essentielles au processus d’évaluation du Comité de sélection. Nous vous encourageons dès lors à soumettre un dossier soigneusement préparé et structuré.

  • The location of your stand will be determined by the organisation team with the support of its artistic direction, after validation of your participation by the selection committee.

    L'emplacement de votre stand sera déterminé par l'équipe d'organisation avec le soutien de sa direction artistique, après validation de votre participation par le comité de sélection.

  • Administrative fees must be paid at the time of application. We will only consider your application once the file is completed and the €150 administrative fee has been paid. Payments are only accepted by bank transfer to our Belgian KBC bank account (cheques are not accepted).

    Reminder: Your application will only be considered once we have received proof of payment by email to: info@artonpaper.be (Don’t forget to reference the name of your gallery in the transfer.)

    Les frais administratifs doivent être payés au moment de la demande. Nous ne prendrons en considération votre candidature que lorsque le dossier sera complet et que les frais administratifs de 150€ auront été payés. Les paiements sont uniquement acceptés par virement sur notre compte bancaire belge KBC (les chèques ne sont pas acceptés).

    Rappel : Votre candidature ne sera prise en compte qu'après réception de la preuve de paiement par e-mail à l'adresse suivante : info@artonpaper.be (N'oubliez pas de mentionner le nom de votre galerie dans le transfert).

    Administratieve kosten moeten op het moment van de aanvraag worden betaald. We nemen je aanvraag pas in behandeling nadat het dossier is aangevuld en de €150 administratiekosten zijn betaald. Betalingen worden enkel aanvaard via overschrijving op onze Belgische KBC bankrekening (cheques worden niet aanvaard).

    Herinnering: Uw aanvraag wordt pas in behandeling genomen als we een betalingsbewijs hebben ontvangen per e-mail naar: info@artonpaper.be (vergeet niet de naam van uw galerie te vermelden in de overschrijving).
