  • Shortlisted Companies will be invited to attend a photo shoot on either September 8th or 9th in the Pheonix Park. Can you confirm which day would suit you or a member of your team to attend?*

    By providing your personal data in this application form, you are agreeing to participate in the Bord Bia National Organic Awards. The purpose for processing your personal data is so that Bord Bia can assess and judge your business for the Awards. Your personal data will be retained securely in Bord Bia’s internal drives and shared only with those persons who require access in order to judge your application. This application form will be securely destroyed on conclusion of the awards.

    To ensure your details are kept up to date and accurate, Bord Bia would like to use the details provided to update its CRM software. The CRM software is securely stored in Bord Bia’s internal drives and only accessible by Bord Bia staff using unique identifiers.     Award Overview: To include Irish organic branded food and drink brands that are currently available for sale in Ireland through retail, specialty, foodservice, or direct-to-consumer channels.

    Judging Criteria will include organic brand story and authenticity, brand positioning and differentiation, evidence of market opportunity and traction, quality of packaging and brand communication, and relevance to evolving consumer needs and trends.

    The Application brand imagery, product packaging (front and back of pack), brand assets, product range overview, distribution details, and examples of marketing/communications materials.

  • Best Irish Organic Farmer (Male & Female)

    Award Overview: To recognise Irish organic farmers who demonstrate excellence in organic farming practices and act as ambassadors for the organic sector.

    Judging Criteria will include commitment to organic principles, on-farm stewardship (including biodiversity and soil health), animal welfare (where relevant), innovation and continuous improvement, overall farm performance and resilience, and contribution to community and sector.

    The Application should include farm overview, imagery of farm and practices, certifications, and supporting documentation where relevant.

    Award Overview:  To include Irish retailers who demonstrate a clear commitment to growing and championing organic across their offering.

    Judging Criteria will include breadth and quality of organic range, accessibility, merchandising and supplier relationships, support of Irish producers, staff knowledge, and effectiveness of organic promotion.

    The Application should include store imagery, merchandising examples, organic range overview, and marketing materials.
