Marching Band Camp Registration for the 2026-2027 School Year

Band camp is required for participation in the ROHS Marching Band. This form must be completed by a parent or guardian and submitted no later than Friday, June 5. If you are registering multiple students, a separate form and payment must be submitted for each student.

A calendar for the season schedule is provided below. Please review the entire season schedule carefully to avoid conflicts. Attendance at ALL performances is required. Click “confirm” below to indicate that you have reviewed the schedule and acknowledge the attendance requirements.
A commitment form signed by both the student and a parent/guardian is required. Hard copies will be distributed by the directors and must be returned directly to a director. Please confirm that you have read this requirement. A copy of the form is provided below.
Shoe/Glove Store

Students are required to wear uniform shoes and gloves for performances (battery percussionists and front ensemble members don't wear gloves ).Please make sure you are ordering your shoes and gloves from the correct section. Color guard members have different shoes and gloves, and drum majors also have different gloves. Again, all percussionists, whether battery or front line, only need to order shoes, not gloves. Returning marchers can wear their shoes & gloves from previous years if they are in good condition. New marchers and those that need replacements will be required to purchase them. We have a limited number of donated T-shirts available upon request. If interested, please let us know how many shirts you would like and the sizes needed, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
A Note About Spirit Wear:
Please place your order by July 30th to ensure your spirit wear arrives before the first football game.

Please Note: If you would like to purchase additional Music Department T-shirts (the required Marching Band Camp shirts), please do not order them through the spirit wear store. Instead, purchase them through this registration form to receive the bulk pricing discount.

All spirit wear orders will be delivered to the school and distributed to students before the first football game.

Show shirts will be available for purchase at a later date. Stay tuned for more information!

If you are in need of financial assistance, please contact a director BEFORE submitting this form. The base fee for all marchers is $150.00. For freshmen and first-year marchers the fee includes: 1 hat, 1 raven head T-shirt, and 1 present aware invested wrist band. If you are new to leadership this year, you will recieve 1 free blue T-shirt.
