I agree to follow all rules and regulations set forth by Arts Academy of New Hampshire concerning student conduct at extracurricular events. I understand that a violation of these will result in dismissal from the event without a refund. In addition, I give permission for my child to participate in the dance activities and I understand the potential risks including but not limited to slips, falls, twists, scratches, bruises, sprains, fractures, concussions or any other injury and agree to release the organizers from any liability related to my child's participation.
