To give you the best possible experience, we’ve put together a questionnaire to help us get to know all about you and your hair. By filling out the form below, you’ll help us match you with the ideal stylist for your needs. If there's a stylist you'd like to request there will be an option listed in the questionnarie. After matching you with one of our stylists, depending on your answers, you may be asked to come in for an in-person consultation.

The more details you share, the better we can prepare for your visit.

Please keep in mind that significant changes often require multiple sessions to maintain the integrity of your hair. During your initial visit, the predictability of your desired outcome is highly influenced by your hair’s history, its current health, its density, and at home care.
