Waiver of Liability

This agreement releases QC IMRG Chapter #1990, its officers and/or volunteers, event sponsors and/or their volunteers (The Organizers) from all liability relating to injuries or loss that may occur before, during, or after any motorcycle ride, meeting, or event.  By signing this agreement, I agree to hold The Organizers entirely free of any liability, including financial responsibility for injuries or losses incurred, regardless of whether such injuries or losses are caused by negligence.

I also acknowledge the risks involved in motorcycle riding.  These include (but are not limited to) physical injury, death, damage, or loss of property.  I swear that I am participating voluntarily, and that all risks have been made clear to me.  Additionally, I do not have any conditions that would impair my ability to ride safely while engaging in this activity.

By signing below, I forfeit all right to bring a suit against The Organizers for any reason.  In return, I will be allowed (and expected) to ride safely with the other riders in the event, and I will also make every effort to obey the traffic laws of the state(s) and any safety briefing held verbally during the pre-ride setup.  I will ask for clarification if/when needed. If I don’t ask for clarification, then I understand the nature of the risks and release The Organizers completely.
